vendors (request quotes and the like).
If so, and if you can export your database into a tab-delimited file,
you could import that file into Outlook Contacts. Once there, you can create distribution lists corresponding
to the groups of individuals you currently have in your fax software. In addition, Outlook contains fax-managing
software as well. I am
guessing that you are looking for a way to tie an email client into your
