Once while I was transporting snail mail a sack broke open and contraband fallout ... the postal inspectors used this as evidence..for prosecution..any mail which breaks current laws on porn, drugs subversion, etc. which comes to light accidentally or by routine security measures is a required reportable situation the mail is a government owned , facility ,therefore misuse is a criminal offense...isn't the internet subject to federal statutes?????under American law any breach of statute that a citizen has knowledge of is required to be reported to proper authority ..to not do so is opening yourself up to accomplice before/after the fact. so cover your butt In the Business world if you don't inform anyone of misuse( not illegal) you chance dismissal and even worse your rep for the next job is ruined .... http://www.sunbelt-software.com/ntsysadmin_list_charter.htm
