I'm not sure as to where I found it before, but there is a tool called
"RegClean" that I recall using earlier this year for similar situation.

Subject: Tool to clean Registry

Hi all

I have a customer with W95/W98/NT4 systems.
We have implemented a DHCP/DNS solution for him, but as all systems already
have old DNS/DHCP entry in the IP properties, those sent from the DHCP
server are overwritten with the local ones.

Is there a tool (maybe remote), with which I can delete the local DNS/DHCP
entries on all the systems?

Thanks in advance for any reply.

Best Regards, Patrick
