This may not be a real Hi-tech way of doing things.
Have you considered buying a fire-proof safe and renting a mini-storage
unit?
Make sure the safe is data grade, ordinary fire-proof safe's won't protect
tapes or disks.
Typical small 5' X 10' self storage unit is 20/month here (Illinois).
