Although others on this list wrote you can use SHUTDOWN.EXE for NT, which
is probably true, there is also the same program on the Win2K Server
Resource Kit CD. You didn't find it because it's hidden in the NETMGMT.CAB
file. You can extract it manually. It's intended to shut down remote Win2K
Pro workstation but can also be used on servers.
