You have to have the SQL agents.
Also if this is a different box than the backup server you must be running enterprise edition of BE

I'm trying to backup a w2k box with sql 7 and be 8.6 and I can't select anything to backup. All the options in MS SQL Server are grayed out. I already have the user with permissions to backup the db.
