Title: Power supply wattage question
It actually could be the SCSI card.  I had a similar problem a few months ago.  Removing the card did the trick.  If I recall the card needs to be install first then it needs to be installed in W2K.  Check to see if you have the latest drive.
Do the same with you Video card just in case since you already suspect it.

Good luck

Subject: Power supply wattage question

I run an AMD 1.34 Ghz on an Asus A7V133 MB, 256 MB RAM, Win2KP, ATI All In Wonder Pro 128 video card, Tekram V90 SCSI card.  With reliable predictability, upon first boot in the morning, or whenever (FIRST boot-ups), this machine will juuuuuuuust about get into the GUI and Bing!  Back to POST, BIOS, rebooting, no warning.  Twice minimum, usually three times, then I'm into the GUI, and all seems well except for occasionall oddities.

I'm concerned about two things: the power supply I use is 250W, and I'm concerned about the ATI card being the culprit.  Can anyone offer me any insights on this matter?  TIA!
