citibank.com's online account access dropdown menus.  When you put the
cursor over a drop down box, and slide the mouse down, the drop down box
would go back up, and you could not access it in that fashion.  You can
work around by putting your cursor over the dropdown box, and then tabbing
down to the item you want.  I called Citibank before IE6 went public, and
they told me they knew about it, and it was because IE6 was in beta, and
that when it went public, it would work properly.  Well, I haven't
bothered to call them back since it went public since I can make it work.
