We are currently evaluating the software PAS (Printer Accounting Server, v2.5) from
Metrics.

This software can handle as much printservers as you want (license payed by
printserver) and you can enter different prices for your printouts.
But in my opinion this software has a high impact on the system. You run your
printouts over a port created by the software, not over the system port.
I'm very interested in the other answers.
