They recently bought out GST World Telecom on the West coast.  They were never reliable before and I don't much consider them reliable now.

 

Of course, it has been almost a year since I dealt with them.  Maybe they've improved...  I doubt it.

Anyone ever heard of or have experience with this tentacle of the TW machine?

They are pitching us telecomm services, but I have never heard of anyone who uses them.
