Scanning ports

Can anyone tell me how to scan all the ports on an NT or Win-2000 system?
 
Several systems were hit by Nimda (one my Sircam) and I ran the Symantec
cleaning utility and it stated it cleaned the systems correctly but I want
to make sure.
