I use QChain.exe from Microsoft TechNet.
Its really pretty good, but read the warnings before you use it.
When installing a hot fix.
A Have good backups
B Do it at night if possible
C Have good backups

Is there an easy way to install all the IIS patches in one step? I don't
restart the server between each patch but it's a real pain installing
