This has been an ongoing battle at every company I work for.
There is no viewer for Project files, and there is no way anyone is
going to spend $400 just so someone can look at a Project file.
As Kent said, the best solution is to convert them to a format anyone
can use such as HTML or GIF.
Another option for a small office is to have the person with Project
print the files and distribute them that way.
