Hi Tiffany
Couple of things to check.
1) IIS Anonymous Access is setup (Directory Security under site
properties).
2) Make sure the Anonymous User (IUSR_Machinename by default) is given read
and write access in that directory.
We had this happen once and we reset these permissions on the directory and
on all the files in the directory, then in the MMC to change it to
anonymous only, then stopped and restarted the site and it started working.
Just a thought.

I have a website that has a message board. I have set permisions on the
Hard
Drive and on the MMC to allow read and write etc.... It still prompts to
enter a password and username. WHY? I have tried like crazy to have it not
do that but it does. here is the site just click on the forums link to
check
it out. Thanks
