If he only needs access to a specific application consider publishing it
through your website. That way he only gets to that one program and access
is much easier to control.

Subject: Granting Access to Non-Employees

Hi,

One of our Directors has been instructed to give access of our computer
system, to an agent who is buying on our behalf.
We do not have an eCommerce site, to enable access through the web, he has
suggested Terminal Server. I am an a little reluctant to just go blindly off
and grant access to someone on the otherside of the country with our some
safe guards.

Has anyone had expreince with this problem? What are the pro's and con's?

Thank's
John Beacham
