Just an addition to this, set the view for folder to "By conversation topic"
and its easy to view and delete by thread rather than having to trawl
through lots of none relevant stuff.

I have this as my rule, and it has worked 100% for the duration:
if the To field contains [EMAIL PROTECTED] move to
folder NTSYSADMIN
