I sure there's probably a simple fix to this but I am having a heck of a
time finding it. During the Nimba event we asked our local users to run
Windows Update to patch their systems (specifically the IE patch). Some of
our users are complaining that previously Netscape launched when they
clicked a hyperlink in Outlook Express but now IE does instead. For some
odd reason they find this highly offensive and want Netscape back as the
default. Any recommendations on how to fix this? I've looked in the
registry and in as many options as I could find on both the app and the file
view area. I think reinstalling Netscape might do it but it's a lot of
footwork and might cause other problems.
