They can set Netscape as the default browser by changing the settings under
the Advanced menu in Preferences.

I know there's probably a simple fix to this one but I have yet to find it.
During the Nimba event we asked our local users to run Windows Update to
patch their systems (specifically the IE patch).  Some of our users are
complaining that previously Netscape launched when they clicked a hyperlink
in Outlook Express but now IE does instead.  For some odd reason they find
this highly offensive and want Netscape back as the default.  Any
recommendations on how to fix this?
