.. go into HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\W32Time\Parameters
   and set the values for type and NTPServer. Type will be the
   external clock source type - NTP etc. If there is no NTPServer key,
   create one (REG_SZ) and type in the IP address of the time source.
