Well,
I'm sure this product is great. I downloaded it yesterday hoping to give it a
trial run before I went home. Upon receiving my email that was supposed to
contain my trial key to activate the product, there was no such key. So I
figured, "No big deal, I'll just email support for the key." So I did. I
received an email back within an hour stating, "I have assigned your call to the appropriate support
representative, whom should be in contact with you sometime tomorrow.", There goes my trial for that day. So I get an email this morning,
"I've requested a new Spotlight on Windows demo key
for you and you should be receiving it soon."
Should it really
be this difficult to get a trial key?
