Guys, My boss has a general disdain with all that has "microsoft" on the box - we therefore went with Seattle Labs SL Mail. It does all the "important" functions which Exchange does, and I haven't had any problems thusfar. As for cost - I heard it was significantly cheaper, although I'm unsure...
Bonus - you don't need a Bachelors in Exchange 2000 to administer. Editor priveleges for a secretary on specific calendars would be a plus, as well.
