Don't understand why some managers refuse to spend some money and get us the tools that get our work done. Thank good my management buys anything I suggest as long as I have a half way decent justification.
Anyway, just wanted to say that I have faced problems with hfnetchk. For example I had applied the patch for code-red. then I had to re-install IIS after which I re-applied the patches. For some reason hfnetchk keeps still complaining that I don't have the code-red patch installed. Tools like eeye code-red scanner and vulnarability assessment tools like ISS Realsecure or Nessus are reporting that I'm not vulnarable. regards Uso Want to unsub?
