I'm also preparing for that "accelerated" exam. Might want to checkout www.cramsession.com as well. They have a pretty extensive study guide for this exam.

I am in the process of doing that upgrading from NT4 to W2K. Right now I am
preparing for Accelerated Exam 240. There is not much information on it
yet. And it has been to be tough one. There are few sites you might wanna
check it out. ex.. www.examsonline.com, http://www.transcender.com , and
not to mention the microsoft site for exams and stuff.
