In OUTLOOK (or any other program) when you want to open a file/add an attachment, the program opens a "open dialog" window, with the current directory in the main part, the pull-down menu up top, and a selection of folders on the left side (History, My Documents, Desktop, Favorites and My Network Places...for example). Is there any way to change what is shown here, and perhaps to add another folder to this listing?  I recall reading an article about this some time ago but can't recall where...
