All I see is latency issues with Global Crossing and nothing is showing
for level3.
 
But yea the list(s) seem to have taken a break.

Any of you being affected by "Level 3" backbone outage? (but still able
to get email?).  One of my ISPS's, told me about this outage.  Wondering
if it's why so littel has been posted this morning...
 
My service comes and goes, my site-to-site vpn's, forget about it.
 
Outlook clients having lots of trouble connecting to remote servers and
WEB services are SLOW.
