We are using LCS 2005 and Office Communicator. I have installed the Address book service however new users still have blank contact lists and current users must manually add new contacts. In the "old" Windows Messenger, you could import a text file with contacts. This is not an option in Communicator. I have probably missed something along the way. Any pointers are appreciated.
