I don't want to impress you ! I only say that the actual product is much better and lighter than Trend and McAfee (that I tested). Good and complete help for install and deploy and easy GUI. I use also Symantec BE System Recovery for imaging and I am satisfied . They have (in Italy )a localized support by phone and is not bad. I told here about to actual products and everybody can answer me that I am wrong about those products, but not about Symantec history. The fact REALLY is that Symantec buys up good software and makes it bad. It has happened time and again. No other company has done that since CA in the late 90's. If you like Symantec, then more power to you, but don't try to defend their history of quality because it doesn't exist.
