Subst doesn't stay persistent across a reboot, saying that I have not
tried it using Steve's registry or GPO setup. That may work. Subst.exe
<drive created> <path of physical drive> ie. Subst x: \\server\share
It used to be persistent in 2000, changed in 2003 and XP.

I need to map a drive to a network share and have it remain even when no
one is logged in. Checked the " Reconnect at logon" box and maps the
connection again when logging in, however, I need this drive to be
consistent for a web app.
