I often see this after I've been using a laptop with a secondary screen.
After undocking the laptop and booting it up again, any applications
that were last running in the second screen when I shut down (and are
set to open in the last position they were in) are then opened up "off
screen" and you cannot move them with the mouse. The only way to get
them onto the laptop screen is to use the keyboard methods mentioned.

Which part of that document solved your problem? It seems to be
describing how to resize a window using a mouse, or alternatively, the
keyboard. There isn't any problem there that I can see...

I have had this problem now and then with different softwares -- and I
think most of you might have experienced it as well -- where Window

covers the whole screen (Max mode) or just stays on Taskbar (Min
mode).
This is quite annoying and usually I restore the whole desktop to an
earlier date. This time even that trick is not working. The program is
PowerDeskPro 6 on Vista Ultimate.
Does anyone know any registry entry that might fix this? Or any other
solution? (Hard to search on Google due to difficulty in phrasing the
