I made a minor reparation on a server so that I could move the shares to a partition that will have Shadow Copy enabled while leaving the system files on a partition without. Unfortunately the Quota tab won't show up on the newly created drive. Goggle suggests making sure the Admin account has Traverse folder / Execute rights (Everyone set to full Permissions) and re-registering the dskquoui.dll. I have insured both, and I still can't see the quota tab for the new drive, but is available on the original. What did I miss?
