My Outlook 2007 show holidays in day and week views of the calendar but
not on the month view.

Yes - only just noticed. I have no holidays in 2008 (Office 2007 on XP)

It would have to be at least that old, they only program the holidays so
many years ahead.

Anyone seeing this situation: 

Holidays are not showing for 2008, however when you tell it to
reinstall, it doubles up 2007's holidays.
