It doesn't have to be exact, I guestimate. I usually dont bolt the one in the back in case I have to move it. Yeah, thats a lone DL360 with the rails it comes with. The rails come setup for racks with the square holes but you just have to remove that stuff from them and you can use them on a standard telco rack with screw holes. Heck the one at our main office that has a bunch of servers on it, I didn't even bolt either of the racks down, with the weight of all the servers/ups's it isn't moving. The two posts back to back was my own invention when I needed 4 posts on a rack that was already setup and I've been doing it that way since. I'm sure I'm not the first to do it that way.
