Can't you just use a batch file utilising *set /a *or such like to provide
the parameter yourself? There are also various encrypted *runas *utilities
you can have to help with the clear-texting of passwords.

Might be a bit easier to help if you can provide a few more details as to
exactly what it is you are trying to achieve
