If there aren't that many servers you can RDP into them and run (the free) siw.exe. It will tell you what you need to know. I think the biz version can be scriptable if you need to scan machines on a network, but for the price I would rather buy Everest. It has a friendlier interface. Bother can output to HTML, CSV & TXT.
