Sorry about taking so long to get back to you, but our provider cut-over attempt hit a few (more) snags...
Just one server, and the default Secure Access is "Alternate". So, the command "altaddr" shows the old provider's IP address (well, precisely, it shows the IP address we assigned in the old provider's network). In the Citrix Access Management Console, digging down to "Web Interface", I see both "Web Access Platform" and "Web Access Platform1". There I found the old external IP addresses... Those (for all 3 listed ports - 443, 80, and 1491) have all been changed to the IP for the new provider (and for both "Platforms"). Still, the command "altaddr" returns the IP for the old provider. Where else might this have been hidden?
