I don't make VSS snaps. VSS is used by Networker, but we don't manually
touch anything with VSS. So we never set VSS to use that drive at all. I
guess it decided to use drive X: for the snapshots of drive E: because
X: is the largest drive in the system. I'd turn VSS off if it was up to
me, but Networker uses VSS to make it's backups.
