Generally +1 While you may want to fight the constitutionality of CIPA, the costs to the organization will be devastating long before that fight is finished.
I think you realize that this is not without significant risk, and therefore some amount of cost is necessary to mitigate that risk. I'd be subscribing to a service that manages this, and keeps abreast of the ever growing list of objectionable sites...
