What was really odd was the internal network here at HQ was impacted by this: I noticed a lag with logons, file system access, print systems, etc. When I attempted to do a simple ping test, all of the Windows 2008 servers (member and DC) were slow to respond and had some missing pings. This was not an issue with our 2003 or non-Windows systems. Same issue wether I used IP address or name to ping. The core switches were not reporting any issues. Thoughts? It went away once our circuits were restored. Only our DNS servers here at HQ have our providers DNS servers as forwarders. I removed them to see if that made a difference. It didn't. Anyone else seen this?
