Yes, and at least the MS link was useful.  (I had already found both links 
before crying for help.)

Someone else (Ken?) sent a link to the IIS 6 Resources Kit.  That had the 
metadata browser that I sorely needed.  Between that brower and the MS 
link (showing the decimal values for the different SMTP "verbs"), I've 
made some changes.

1. The system still works

2. I won't know until later in the week if it actually did turn off TURN, 
ATRN, ETRN, etc.
