  Where did "txt_netblocks.pearsoncmg.com" come from?  That doesn't
appear to be an existent domain name.  It's even questionable syntax;
Internet host names aren't supposed to contain underscores.

  Also, you want to query the authoritative nameservers directly;
otherwise, you're just seeing what's in your cache.  Given your
original message, I found:

  Mr. Aldrich is right: This appears to be hosted by a Content
Distribution Network, so you're likely to find the IP address varies
all over the place.
