I have a couple as well. I can't recall the kW at this time, but they are about 5 feet tall and 3 feet wide.
Eaton has excellent service as well. I have had one battery issue that was resolved quickly and they decided to just replace ALL the batteries, just in case. All under warranty. BF From: Andrew S.
