It was just discovered. The spreadsheet had from what the article said been posted there for about a year. That was bad enough but for a PATIENT to find the spreadsheet not that is real bad and just plain wrong. Who at Stanford was making sure this did not happen and why are they still employed would be a question I would want if my name was on that spreadsheet.
