I am just building a 2 server farm with the gateway having two nics, one in
the subnet containing the DC and DS servers and the other "public" (on the
company network)

The DNS is setup with two entries for the farm
Farm 172.16.130.20
 Farm 172.16.130.30

DS01 172.16.130.20
 DS02 172.16.130.30
DC01 172.16.130.1
DG01 172.16.130.100 192.100.118.200

If I remote desktop to DG01 192.100.118.200 from the company network and
bring up a web browser and got to https://192.100.118.200/rdweb I can
connect and run up remote apps

I have populated the host file on my PC with the above entries

If I connect from my PC (Win7) to https://192.100.118.200/rdweb i can
connect and log in ,BUT when I click on any remote app, it starts to launch,
but then comes up with the "remoteapp disconnected" dialogue

The RDS subnet has no access to the outside world (well apart from via the
RD Gateway)

Any suggestions?
