For companies is better Essential Support .I generally got the Symantec (and
others) support phones from the dealer(maybe Techdata or Ingram or other).
For your problem: did you try to see what happens if you stop the service for a
while ?

Do you know if you have 'Essentials' or 'Platinum' support?

Once you actually get someone in the SMSME Support Division, they are good. I
have never talked to a bad rep there. Honest :)

Yeah, I made a mistake and spent money on a Symantec product. I'm going to
tell all my account reps that if the EVER recommend a symantec product to me
again I will never make another purchase from them.

I have been trying for 2 hours to find a way to submit a support request, or
better yet, get tech support on the phone. I am too ignorant to be helped,
because I cannot find a way to get to the right place.

Never mind that my company shelled out some $3,500 less than a year ago to
purchase this product and I have a support logon to a site that offers NO help,
no phone numbers to call and no way to submit email request for help.

anyone here have a phone number or web-address or email address where I might
get help.

My 12 month contract on this product will end at the end of May this year.
Guess what I'll be doing with this product at that time...
