Very interesting looking project, but it appears to be mostly dead, or at least
moribund:

CORE FORCE - Is CF dead?

  Subject : Is CF dead?

Hello, sorry for not addressing this question in due time.

As of today, there hasn't been active development of Core Force for a
while. In fact, the original team of the project is currently fully
dedicated to other projects (and has been for several months) hence the
limited "official" response you have seen in the forums. Core Force
started as research project to determine the potential of a collaborative
approach to endpoint security. Two years ago, the idea of free, robust and
feature rich endpoint security software that let its users define
acceptable security policies and share those policies among them was alien
to many, CF had limited success proving that it wasn't but nonetheless
helped push the endpoint security agenda forward. Today, with the advent
of Windows Vista and the incorporation of functionality similar to Core
Force in other major desktop operating system (Linux, OS X) we believe
that there is no longer a reason to maintain active development and a long
term roadmap for the Core Force project.

We may continue doing point releases mostly for bug fixing but that will
depend on whether we find enough time to dedicate to the effort in a
    serious way.

A new point-release just came out, however:
CORE FORCE R0.95 updated to address security vulnerabilities - January 17,
    2008
A new release of CORE FORCE R0.95 (build #172) is now available that
fixes security vulnerabilities reported by Sebastian Gottschalk.
