Yep I have discovered exactly this. I need to regularly (nightly) ship a tab delimited file with the first column being e-mail addresses and it is far easier to do with ADFIND than CSVDE. Turns out tab delimited is an undocumented (not in adfind advanced help /??) "\t" switch.

I usually just copy/paste from the distinguished name attribute in the Attribute Editor tab of ADUC when I need to paste a DN into something like this to avoid this sort of mistake.
