I don't know what you mean by "DR". If you mean drive imaging, this tool might 
not be the one for you.

Check out BackupPC. http://backuppc.sourceforge.net/

It's web-based, performs backups by rsync or smb. Built-in per-file 
data-deduplication. Requires a linux server. Building it from source can be a 
handle, but pre-compiled versions are available in Debian and Ubuntu 
repositories. ('sudo apt-get install backuppc' and you're done.)
