Hi Paul, It's not you. It was us. What happened? Our website lives in Amazon's cloud. So it's a VM, and this VM lost access to its hard disk, and was sitting in an infinite loop at 100% CPU trying to get access, and thus denying access to everyone. And the thing we used to monitor the site uptime was not set up right. AUGH! So now we are going to another site: http://www.pingdom.com/ to make sure we get notified a little earlier...
