From a very high overview we basically need to do two things. Create AD accounts with groups etc, or manage AD accounts. So what we end up with is several FTE's who do nothing all day long but repetitive account maintenance tasks. We were thinking of building something using workflows for these repetitive tasks. Now I know there may need to be some custom/integration coding but surely someone out there has sells a tool / interface that handles the majority of this workflow. So I guess that is my question. What tools / products might you know of that provide this core workflow style capability that we can then catapult off for the integration / loose ends programming?
