We implemented Zscaler in our environment about 3 months ago and are pretty happy with the product. Let me know if you have any specific questions.

I've looked at three so far: Websense, iPrism and Barracuda. Of those, I like Websense but it was too costly and no one liked Barracuda. iPrism is looking good so far but I'd like to demo a few more. I'm not opposed to a cloud-based service either. If you are using a web-filtering product, can you tell me what it is and whether you feel it is worth the price you pay? I've been reading some reviews on different products, but a review is secondary to what actual users experience.
